various back massage chairs available are what we like
the most. The ability of the chair to adjust to the
size/height of each user. We mainly use the automatic
features but sometimes like to focus on a specific
section of the back. My wife likes to work the
shoulders while I focus on the lower back.

you I had to send it back because I have a
degenerative Spine disease that was aggravated by the
chair. I am taking the time to write because your
customer service was outstanding. They extended the
warranty to let me "get used to" the chair, gave me
special instructions, communicated fully, and then
when all else failed, handled the return of my chair
with total professionalism. Bravo I actually tried
Panasonic at a Brookstone, and there was no
comparison. Functionally and from a decor point of
view, your back massage chair won hands down... and I
did my research! I am so sad that that my health is
so bad that even your chair could not help me, but I
have recommended it to many friends . Thanks for a

Our
favorite part about the chair is the quiet operation,
the overall looks, and the great massage options on
the Premier chair. We purchased through your company
because it was the most reputable I found, with
helpful customer service. It took me several months of
research before deciding to make the purchase.

love the fact that the rollers go far up on the neck.
I also love the heated back and the leg/foot
massager. The rollers seam to cover more area (neck
all the way to lower seat) more than the competitions
chairs.. I like the full recline. Also, the website
and customer service was very good. The price was also
very competitive. I read the newspaper article on the
website and really liked what I heard. I have two
friends that will be purchasing this chair they love
it so much.
